What could be better;

• Better compression, using Audacity to turn WAVs into MP3s seemed to help with some files but I didn’t do it with all of them.
• More interactable objects around the environment.
• Clearer directions for guiding the player to the different endings.
• More audio for better player feedback (e.g. key pickup sound).
• Background audio to make the environment more natural.
  
• Less railroading.
• More rooms and making it feel like a place people have lived in.
• More interesting textures than flat colours could have gone a long way.
• Volume slider with a menu.

About project

Theme - “Urban Legends”

Scare us, make us laugh, make us paranoid. Just make us feel like we’re part of a story passed down in hushed voices.

What makes something an urban legend?

An urban legend tends to often be a piece of fiction that is passed down as if it were truth. In this case, things like Santa can be considered an urban legend. Some others include things like Mothman, Aliens, etc. Sometimes as well, these can come about as reasonings for natural or unnatural phenomenon's.

Plot;

Player had previously heard stories of a monstrous child hidden in THE BASEMENT and wanted to check it out. Player enters and finds what they assume is a security system but realises it needs power, player turns on the generator and awakens ABBI.

• ABBI (Artificial Brainwave Biocommunication Intelligence)
